輕型鋼結構住宅是以輕型鋼框架為結構體系,配套輕質墻板、輕質樓板和輕質屋面板的建筑系統。其設計與施工兼具技術先進性與實踐挑戰性。

施工流程: 基礎施工→墻體安裝→屋頂安裝。墻體系統安裝采用標準化構件,實現快速裝配。樓蓋系統采用 “結構-保溫-隔聲一體化”設計,有效減少熱傳導和聲音傳導。基礎可采用獨立基礎或條形基礎,地基承載力需≥150kPa。構件可實現多功能一體化設計,滿足大跨度空間需求。設備管線可與結構一體化設計,裝配化程度達85%以上。
Construction process: foundation construction → wall installation → roof installation. The installation of the wall system adopts standardized components to achieve rapid assembly. The load-bearing capacity of light steel structures is much lower than that of traditional brick concrete structures and frame structures. Due to the limitation of their load-bearing capacity, residential buildings with light steel structures generally cannot be built with more than 4 floors. If they exceed 4 floors, they must be used in conjunction with heavy steel structures. The self weight of this system is about 1/5 to 1/4 of that of traditional concrete structures.
