鐵藝護欄的選購，怕只看“樣子”不看“參數”。以下5個核心參數，決定了護欄的安全性和使用壽命。

The most important thing when choosing wrought iron guardrails is to only look at the appearance without considering the parameters. The following 5 core parameters determine the safety and service life of the guardrail.

參數一：材質——Q235碳素鋼是底線

Parameter 1: Material - Q235 carbon steel is the bottom line

鐵藝護欄所有構件多采用Q235碳素鋼。Q235A級鋼比非標Q220B級鋼要好很多——更結實、更光亮、更耐日曬風吹。常用材料規格有38×25×1.5mm方通、30×30×1.5mm方通、20×20×1.5mm方通、14×14方鋼、14×4mm扁鐵等。

All components of the wrought iron guardrail are mostly made of Q235 carbon steel. Q235A grade steel is much better than non-standard Q220A grade steel - it is stronger, brighter, and more resistant to sunlight and wind. Common material specifications include 38 × 25 × 1.5mm square tube, 30 × 30 × 1.5mm square tube, 20 × 20 × 1.5mm square tube, 14 × 14 square steel, 14 × 4mm flat iron, etc.

參數二：高度——不同場景不同標準

Parameter 2: Height - Different standards for different scenarios

護欄高度有嚴格的國家規范。室內欄桿高度不宜小于900mm，室外欄桿高度不宜小于1100mm。多層住宅臨空欄桿高度不低于1.05m，中高層住宅臨空欄桿高度不低于1.1m。樓梯水平段欄桿長度大于0.50m時，高度不低于1.05m。家庭院落常規圍欄凈高≥1.2米，臨街面建議1.5米以上防止翻越。

The height of guardrails has strict national regulations. The height of indoor railings should not be less than 900mm, and the height of outdoor railings should not be less than 1100mm. The height of the overhead railings in multi-storey residential buildings should not be less than 1.05m, and the height of the overhead railings in medium and high-rise residential buildings should not be less than 1.1m. When the length of the horizontal railing of the staircase is greater than 0.50m, the height should not be less than 1.05m. The net height of the regular fence in family courtyards should be ≥ 1.2 meters, and it is recommended to have a height of over 1.5 meters on the street.

參數三：間距——≤110mm是安全紅線

Parameter 3: Spacing - ≤ 110mm is the safety red line

欄桿垂直桿件間凈空不應大于110mm。這是防止兒童攀爬和頭部卡夾的安全紅線。柵欄豎管間距一般控制在110mm以內。若家中有幼童，需增設橫向擋板阻斷攀爬路徑。

The clearance between the vertical members of the railing should not exceed 110mm. This is a safety red line to prevent children from climbing and getting stuck on their heads. The spacing between fence vertical pipes is generally controlled within 110mm. If there are young children at home, horizontal barriers should be added to block the climbing path.

參數四：立柱——間距與規格

Parameter 4: Column - spacing and specifications

立柱一般采用方鋼或圓鋼，間距控制在1.5米以內，確保整體穩定性。廠區圍欄立柱多用60×60mm或80×80mm方管，橫梁不低于40×40mm。立柱安裝可選擇法蘭盤打膨脹螺絲安裝在水泥地面上，也可將立柱做長30公分直接預埋在地面里面。

The columns are generally made of square or round steel, with a spacing controlled within 1.5 meters to ensure overall stability. The fence posts in the factory area are mostly made of 60 × 60mm or 80 × 80mm square tubes, and the crossbeam is not less than 40 × 40mm. The installation of the posts can choose to install them on the cement floor with flange plates and expansion screws, or the posts can be made 30 centimeters long and directly embedded in the ground.

參數五：防銹工藝——三重處理是標配

Parameter 5: Rust prevention process - triple treatment is standard

優質護欄必須經過 “酸洗除銹-熱鍍鋅-高溫烤漆/靜電噴塑”三重處理。熱鍍鋅層厚度需達到60μm以上。表面經防銹底漆與金屬漆雙層處理。也可采用先熱鍍鋅、再純聚酯彩色粉末噴涂、再噴漆處理。

High quality guardrails must undergo a triple treatment of acid pickling, rust removal, hot-dip galvanizing, high-temperature baking paint, and electrostatic spraying. The thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer should be at least 60 μ m. The surface is treated with a double layer of anti rust primer and metallic paint. Alternatively, hot-dip galvanizing can be used first, followed by pure polyester colored powder coating, and then spray painting treatment.

鐵藝裝飾花件應采取熟鐵鑄造或Q235材質手工鍛打。做工扎實的護欄，焊接處平整無毛刺，表面涂層均勻。

Iron decorative ornaments should be cast from wrought iron or hand forged from Q235 material. A well crafted guardrail with smooth and burr free welding joints and uniform surface coating.
