鐵藝大門安裝完成后，很多業(yè)主只是開關(guān)兩下、看兩眼外觀就簽字驗收了。等到使用幾個月后出現(xiàn)下沉、變形、異響、生銹等問題，再找廠家，對方一句“驗收時你沒提”就能把你堵回去。

安裝驗收是鐵藝大門品質(zhì)的“最后一道關(guān)”。以下是7個必查項，一個都不能漏。

Installation acceptance is the 'last hurdle' for the quality of wrought iron gates. Here are 7 required items, none of which should be missed.

必查項一：垂直度與水平度。

Must check item one: verticality and levelness.

用水平尺和線墜檢查門框的垂直度和水平度。垂直度偏差不應(yīng)超過3mm/m，水平度偏差不應(yīng)超過2mm/m。門框如果裝歪了，門扇長期處于受力不均狀態(tài)，合頁會加速磨損，門扇會逐漸下沉，最終導(dǎo)致開關(guān)困難甚至拖地。

Use a spirit level and plumb line to check the verticality and levelness of the door frame. The vertical deviation should not exceed 3mm/m, and the horizontal deviation should not exceed 2mm/m. If the door frame is installed crooked, the door leaf will be subjected to uneven force for a long time, and the hinges will wear out faster. The door leaf will gradually sink, ultimately leading to difficulty in opening and closing or even dragging the floor.

必查項二：門扇開啟靈活度。

Must check item 2: Door leaf opening flexibility.

反復(fù)開關(guān)門扇至少10次，檢查是否存在卡頓、異響、晃動。正常狀態(tài)下，門扇應(yīng)開啟順暢、無雜音。關(guān)閉時應(yīng)與門框貼合緊密，縫隙均勻且不超過5mm。如果開啟時有“咯吱”聲，說明合頁安裝不到位或缺少潤滑；如果有明顯晃動，說明鉸鏈固定不牢。

Repeatedly open and close the door leaf at least 10 times, checking for any jamming, abnormal noise, or shaking. Under normal conditions, the door leaf should open smoothly and without any noise. When closed, it should fit tightly with the door frame, with even gaps not exceeding 5mm. If there is a "creaking" sound when opened, it indicates that the hinge is not installed properly or lacks lubrication; If there is obvious shaking, it indicates that the hinge is not firmly fixed.

必查項三：焊接點質(zhì)量。

Must check item three: welding point quality.

逐一檢查所有焊接點。優(yōu)質(zhì)焊接的標準是：焊縫飽滿均勻、無氣孔夾渣、無虛焊漏焊、焊點打磨光滑無毛刺。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)焊縫有裂紋、表面粗糙或有明顯的焊接飛濺物，說明焊接工藝不過關(guān)。焊接點是鐵藝大門受力最集中的部位，焊接質(zhì)量不過關(guān)，后期可能從焊點處斷裂。

Inspect all welding points one by one. The standard for high-quality welding is: the weld seam is full and uniform, without porosity or slag inclusion, without virtual welding or leakage, and the weld points are polished smooth without burrs. If cracks, rough surfaces, or obvious welding spatter are found in the weld seam, it indicates that the welding process is not up to standard. The welding point is the most concentrated part of the iron gate, and if the welding quality is not up to standard, it may break from the welding point in the later stage.

必查項四：表面涂層質(zhì)量。

Must check item four: surface coating quality.

檢查表面涂層是否均勻光滑、無流掛、無氣泡、無色差。用手背輕觸表面，感受是否有顆粒感或粗糙感。重點檢查焊接處、邊角、螺絲孔等易漏涂部位——這些地方如果涂層不到位，很快就會從這些位置開始生銹。涂層附著力可用“劃格法”簡單測試——用刀片在涂層表面劃十字格，用膠帶粘貼后撕下，如果涂層大面積脫落則不合格。

Check whether the surface coating is uniform, smooth, free of sagging, bubbles, and color difference. Lightly touch the surface with the back of your hand to feel for any grainy or rough texture. Focus on inspecting welding joints, corners, screw holes, and other areas that are prone to missed coating - if the coating is not in place, rust will quickly start from these areas. The adhesion of the coating can be simply tested using the "grid method" - using a blade to make a cross grid on the surface of the coating, sticking it with tape and tearing it off. If the coating falls off in a large area, it is not qualified.

必查項五：鎖具與五金件。

Must check item five: Locks and hardware.

反復(fù)測試鎖具的開啟和關(guān)閉，確保鎖舌伸縮順暢、鎖閉牢固無晃動。檢查合頁、拉手、插銷等五金件的安裝是否牢固，螺絲是否全部擰緊。合頁的承重能力要與門扇重量匹配——重型大門至少使用3個合頁，且合頁厚度不低于3mm。

Repeatedly test the opening and closing of the lock to ensure smooth expansion and contraction of the lock tongue, secure locking without shaking. Check if the installation of hardware components such as hinges, handles, and pins is secure, and if all screws are tightened. The load-bearing capacity of hinges should match the weight of the door leaf - heavy-duty doors should use at least 3 hinges, and the hinge thickness should not be less than 3mm.

必查項六：密封與間隙。

Must check item six: sealing and clearance.

檢查門扇與門框之間的間隙。頂部和兩側(cè)間隙應(yīng)控制在3-5mm，底部間隙不超過10mm（考慮地面找平誤差）。間隙過大，大門關(guān)閉后晃動空間大；間隙過小，熱脹冷縮后可能卡死。如果設(shè)計了密封條，檢查密封條是否完整粘貼、有無脫落。

Check the gap between the door leaf and the door frame. The gap between the top and sides should be controlled within 3-5mm, and the gap at the bottom should not exceed 10mm (considering ground leveling errors). The gap is too large, and there is a lot of room for shaking when the door is closed; The gap is too small, and it may get stuck after thermal expansion and contraction. If a sealing strip is designed, check whether the sealing strip is fully adhered and whether it has come off.

必查項七：固定件與預(yù)埋件。

Must check item seven: Fixed parts and embedded parts.

檢查地腳螺栓、膨脹螺絲等固定件是否全部安裝、緊固到位。預(yù)埋件與門框的連接是否牢靠。用手用力推拉門框，檢查是否有松動感。固定不牢是導(dǎo)致大門下沉傾斜的主要原因之一。

Check if all anchor bolts, expansion screws, and other fixing components are installed and securely fastened in place. Is the connection between the embedded parts and the door frame secure. Push the door frame forcefully by hand and check for any looseness. One of the main reasons for the sinking and tilting of the gate is that it is not firmly fixed.

驗收不合格怎么處理？ 驗收合格后應(yīng)要求廠家提供正式的驗收確認單，注明驗收結(jié)果和保修起始日期。建議在驗收單中注明質(zhì)保期內(nèi)出現(xiàn)問題廠家無條件維修的條款，常見約定保修期1至3年。所有溝通和承諾盡量書面化，避免口頭承諾難以追溯。

What should be done if the acceptance is not qualified? After passing the acceptance inspection, the manufacturer should be requested to provide a formal acceptance confirmation form, indicating the acceptance results and the start date of the warranty. It is recommended to indicate in the acceptance form the clause that the manufacturer will unconditionally repair any problems that occur during the warranty period, with a commonly agreed warranty period of 1 to 3 years. All communication and commitments should be written as much as possible to avoid verbal commitments being difficult to trace.
